Story Hour:  

Fridays 10-11am June 1- August 3, 2018

For ages 2 to 7 years.  Includes stories, songs, crafts, and puppetry, and science.

Once a Week Summer Classes

Make Your Own Picture Book  

Four days: Monday -Thursday June 4-June 7, 2018

9am-noon

For ages 8 to 15 years.  Learn how to write, organize, and add artwork to a story.  Children will write and illustrate their own original story book using many different art techniques.  Presentation for family on Thursday, June 7th.

Cost:  $45 - includes materials

3-5 Day Summer Camps

Art Exploration Camps 2018

Four days: Monday -Thursday

9am-2pm 


For ages 5 to 15 years.  Art, Music, Crafts, Theatre, Puppetry, and Science.  Each week ends with class presentations.

Cost:  $65 per session

Theatre Camps 2018

(Elementary and Intermediate)

For TWO different AGE GROUPS (see below)





Session #2: Wednesday-Friday, July 25-27. 9am-2pm (Bring a lunch)

Grades 4-12

Cost: $50

This camp is being called the "Phoney Tony Awards". Learn singing, dancing, and acting  in this fun Broadway themed camp, includes the chance to be "Glammed Up" for the Final showcase. 

For ages 10 and up: Instructors are Colton Kraus and Cru Andreasen. 

Puppets on Parade 

Monday - Friday July 16 - 20, 2018

9am-2pm (Bring a lunch)

For 4th - 12th graders.  Musical theater and puppetry are combined for a week of fun, culminating Friday in a formal show at 4pm and 7pm.  Dance, music, live acting and puppetry are included.  Limited enrollment.

Ongoing Teen Programs

Pay it Forward: Youth in Action  

Wednesdays year round

3:45 - 5 pm 

Youth ages 12-15 years old.  Pay it Forward s a volunteer group for youth.  Teens meet weekly and participate in a variety of activities that gives them a chance to help others.  Several meetings throughout the year focus on planning, where the teens get to be involved in deciding on and planning service opportunities.

Cost:  Free

Improv Faction  

Thursdays year round

5 - 6pm 

Ages 9th grade and up.  Try your hand at improvisation in a fun, supportive atmosphere.  The Improv Faction group periodically has the opportunity to perform for special community programs.  The sessions are moderated by Bruce Baird, with over 6 years of improv experience.  He will help students learn and develop poise, wit, humor, ad-libbing, and characterization skills on stage.

Nature Camp @ Bear River Bird Refuge  

Five days: Monday -Friday June 11-June 15, 2018

9am-1:30pm

For ages 8 to 15 years.  Week of Hands-on learning:  Nature walks, sculpting, drawing, science, exploring and writing crafts.

Cost:  $65 - includes materials
