ART-TELL 2010
ART-TELL is here!!  Come see the "Up a Tree"  Exhibit.  It will be open Saturday from 11 am to 9 pm.  Come before 6:30 pm and help vote on our People's Choice   winner.  Soup lunch will be available from 11 am to 4 pm.  We will also be hosting storytelling in the evening from 7 to 8:30 pm

Friday and Saturday, February 26 and27th- Storytelling Performances :
Come enjoy two evenings of outstanding storytelling. The programs will both start at 7:00 pm with local tellers and contest winners.  Then we will have the honor of enjoying  fantastic regional tellers.  Friday evening 7:30 to 8:30 pm we welcome  and feature Cherie Davis (from Orem area).  Saturday night 7:30 to 8:30 pm, we welcome back Howard Little also from Utah County area.  Both of these tellers know how to keep the audience entranced, from laughing adults and giggling youth to many ah ha's as you listen to their stories.  We thank the Box Elder County Tourism Board for helping us bring in this wonderful and inspiring entertainment and hope families and interested commuity members will come take advantage . A donation of $2 per person or $5 per family is suggested for each of these evenings.   But space permitting, nobody will be turned away.

If you are looking for more fun things to do, especially family oriented, affordable things,

remember Puppet  Museum day on the 1st and 3rd Saturday of the month or Open Mike Night monthly on the 2nd or 3rd Saturdays.  Also check out Music in the City - monthly Friday night series of fantastic talent.  See Fine Arts Center news or the individual web pages for more information on these ongoing programs.

There are a lot of people to thank for making our programs possible.  We especially want to thank the Marie Eccles Caine Foundation for their help again this year.   They have made so much of our youth programming possible and have given us the ability to offer scholarships so that no child has to feel left out.   We also thank  Box Elder County Commissioners and the Tourism Advisory Board.  Thank-you too, to  everyone who has helped donate supplies or volunteered their services.  Every big or little bit helps!    If you want to really help, have a say in what kind of Art experiences we offer, and make a difference here in the community, consider applying for a space on our  Fine Arts Board.  We meet the 2nd Tuesday  evening of each month.   Call the Fine Arts Center office for more information.   Yours sincerely
