Next ART-TELL 2012 SET FOR APRIL 16-20
ART-TELL Sponsorships and Donations-
Help us celebrate the fantastic addition that art and culture add to our community, making Brigham City not only a great place to work , but a great place to live. Be a part of the ART-TELL sponsorship, and be a part of an annual piece of artwork recognizing local art supporters. The Fine Arts Center is a 501C(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to promoting and providing Fine Arts opportunities to youth and families. Funds raised help provide summer camps and arts classes for youth, school workshops, and community outreach activities. We not only work to encourage youth and wanna-be artists, but believe arts related actlivities can help bring community together. We have worked with the schools, the Bird Refuge, Scouts, LINC, and The Box Elder Family Support Center and look forward to expanding that outreach.
Donations
All donations are sincerely welcome and tax deductible. Donors of $50 or more will be recognized as patrons, $100 or more as bronze backers, $250 or more as Super Bronze Backers, $500 or more as silver contributors, $1000 or more as Gold Sponsors, and $5000 or more as Platinum Donors. Items donated for a silent auction will likewise be recognized by their value. Donors’ names will be included on the Art Poster and as below, donors may set up their own art display. Donations need to be sent in by April 1 so we can prepare our program and signage.
The ART-TELL Company Art Display Project:
Do you have employees who like art or like to be creative? The “Company Art Display” has worked well in other communities and been a great ‘in-house’ team building activity. It gives your company and employees a chance to shine. Companies or organizations who give a donation or auction item are eligible to have a 3 foot wide exhibit space. The exhibit can be as simple as a 2 by 3 foot poster, or as complicated as a 3 D piece of artwork. See more on suggested art projects under display idea link below. Various art supplies are also available as needed. The displays need to be set up on Wednesday afternoon and will be included in our art gallery Thursday, Friday and Saturday the week of ART-TELL (April 19-21). We will be having raffles, auctions, a youth activity, one of our concert series performances, and a fund raiser dinner during that time, and anticipate several hundred people seeing the exhibits.
More Display ideas.
The 2012 Designer Art Poster: Another way to support the Fine Arts Center and the arts scene in Brigham City is to submit your name to be included in a piece of artwork titled “On the Edge” which will be a tribute to the arts and arts supporters in the greater Brigham City area. Artist Dave Kafton will put together a graphic design made up of names of individuals and companies. Company names will be included for $25 each, and individuals can have their name included for $15. Applications to submit names are available on our web site or in the FAC office and must be received by April 1. The finished masterpiece will be on display during ART-TELL along with 8.5" by 11"color copies for participants. Frame worthy 11” x 17” prints of the finished art work can be ordered for an additional $10.
Fund Raiser Dinner: Enjoy a catered dinner, live entertainment, art winner announcements and the best of the auction items. This is scheduled for Saturday evening, April 21, at the Fine Arts Center. Dinner tickets will be $20 per person and can be ordered by phone after February 29, e-mail or. by Phone 435-723-0740.
